We offer buffet breakfast and lunches for our conference guests as well as private dining options and a restaurant & bar menu. The hotel is a busy conference and events venue to include weddings, but we also have leisure guests.This role is challenging, but exceptionally rewarding, so you will be hard-working, focused, inspiring and encouraging.As a Senior Sous Chef you will:
  • Be highly motivated, positive and talented with experience in a large hotel or events venue.
  • Assist the Exec Head Chef in food purchases while controlling costs
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard
  • Support, mentor and train any talented junior chefs in the brigade
  • Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
