- Lead and manage fire door projects from inception to completion.
- Plan, resource, and deliver works to meet operational, financial, and safety targets.
- Ensure compliance with passive fire legislation, British Standards, and accreditation schemes.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting across projects.
- Monitor quality through regular inspections and audits.
- Provide technical guidance, promoting best practice in installation.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly.
- Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and compliance across all works.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within passive fire protection, specifically fire doors.
- Strong knowledge of fire door regulations, installation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing multiple projects with commercial responsibility.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- IT literate with strong reporting and project tracking skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
