
Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

- Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource allocations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and local codes
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Attend weekly progress meetings at our head office
- Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the fire protection industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using IT applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office software.
- Excellent time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timeframes.
- Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes including LPCB, BSEN9990, BSEN9251 and BSEN12845
- Be able to confidently read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
- Proven experience conducting site surveys, attending client meetings and involvement in site installations
- A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.
