- You will have responsibility for the effective project management delivery in respect of our Fire Risk Assessment Actions and Improvement Programmes.
- The Project Manager will lead on successfully initiating and delivering works across the group for our customers. You will drive timescales, completion dates and quality of works and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety on our sites.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and agreeing financial spend of projects, ensuring that each assigned project is completed on time and within budget and that business outcomes are agreed and met.
- You will instruct as required the project surveyors to attend and review works and provide inspection detail.
- You will have responsibility to lead on procurement exercises as required for the onboarding of contractors to ensure works are completed compliantly.
