
Engineering Technician

- Contribute to innovative engineering projects aligned with the manufacturing team and wider Research & Technology strategy.
- Define equipment requirements and evaluate solutions in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Perform lab-based experiments and trials, generating high-quality data to support engineering decisions.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate new technologies into future manufacturing lines.
- Communicate findings and technical insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Follow procedures and reporting requirements for assigned projects.
- Support team objectives, including EH&S compliance and 5S continuous improvement activities.
- A background in Science or Engineering, evidenced by relevant academic qualifications or industry experience.
- Practical, hands-on skills in experimental setup and data collection.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail in drawing conclusions from technical data.
- Ability to manage time effectively, organise workload, and adapt to shifting priorities.
