- Administration of the Core Salesforce platform, including Sales & Service Cloud. Any experience of Salesforce Industry solutions, particularly Public Sector Solutions (PSS) will be advantageous.
- Creating and amending Reports and Dashboards to meet business requirements
- User management activities, implementation of defined security model.
- Data Management activities, including and Data Migration activity including
- Using Salesforce Data Loader, Dataloader.io and other tools to load data into test and production environments
- Basic Data transformation activities in Excel: mapping fields, picklist values, and other simple transformations.
- Mentors and assists in the development of Salesforce Administrators and more junior members of the practice.
- Attending Sprint Demonstrations and where relevant presenting components of your work. Elicit feedback in a collaborative manner and ability to document requirement changes through standard processes (eg User Stories).
- Assisting development teams migrate changes between environments, using point and click tools including change sets, And/or tools such as Gearset.
- Definition of Salesforce custom objects / custom fields (inc. complex formula fields and managing lookup relationships, picklist management)
- Supporting test and validation activities when needed, though this will not be your primary focus and responsibility.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator,
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II (fka Advanced Administrator)
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – Desirable
- Salesforce Accredited Professional: Public Sector Solutions - Desirable
- 3/4+ years of Salesforce Administration Experience and knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices
- Experience of testing and validating solutions. Any ‘point & click’ automated testing experience (e.g. Provar) - desirable
- Able to work as part of a small Agile team, collaborating with and supporting others - flexing roles and responsibilities as needed.
- Skills in analysing and problem-solving issues
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience of prioritising tasks and working to deadlines
- Strong communication, time-management and multi-tasking skills:
- Parts of your role may be client facing, so you should be able to communicate effectively and build rapport with project stakeholders.
- Clearance: Security Clearance will be required for this role. Candidates to confirm if they have / are willing to be cleared. Please also provide confirmation of current or previous SC clearance.
