- Proven experience in Total Reward Strategy and Operational delivery e.g pay & grading structures, Compensation & Benefits, or HR consulting
- Experience working with public sector clients or within public sector frameworks
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Understanding of legislative frameworks and pay equity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
