The team you'll be working with:As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Delivery team in London, focusing on clients in the Public Sector Domain.The Junior Salesforce Developer builds on and extends the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Initially the majority of your work will focus on delivering ‘point and click’ features, including Flows, before extending into OmniScript and Apex as you progress. Whilst you will principally report into more senior developers and your solution leads, you can expect some level of client and project stakeholder interaction.Please note, you must either have Full UK Security Clearance (SC) or be able to attain it to be eligible for this role.What you'll be doing:
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Configurations and enhancements
  • Any experience of Public Sector Solutions (or other Salesforce Industry products) will be strongly favoured.
  • Implementation of Salesforce Flows to a high standard (e.g. screen flows, triggered flows, API flows)
  • Implementation of Public Sector Solutions features and tools including OmniScript, FlexCards, Action Plans and Document Generation tooling.
  • Creating and tailoring Salesforce Lightning Record pages (e.g. dynamic forms, conditional visibility, advanced layouts, buttons / links / actions, Record Types)
  • Definition of Salesforce custom objects / custom fields (inc. complex formula fields and managing lookup relationships, picklist management)
  • Definition of Salesforce List Views, Related Lists, Reports; Or equivalent low-code / business data modelling SaaS / application experience with an aptitude to quickly learn and adopt new technology.
  • Git version control and some form of CI/CD deployment pipeline
  • Jira / Confluence or equivalent workflow / online documentation
What experience you'll bring:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience and knowledge
Ideally qualified with the following certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Apex Programming experience – preferably
  • OmniScript and Salesforce Industries experience - preferably
  • Automated testing experience (e.g. Provar, Selenium) - desirable
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript (esp. in relation to Salesforce Lightning Web Components)
  • Able to understand large / complex systems and both review and pick-up existing implementations for in-life enhancement.
  • Able to work as part of a small Agile team, collaborating with and supporting others - flexing roles and responsibilities as needed.
  • Skills in analysing and problem-solving issues
  • Clearance: Security Clearance will be required for this role. Candidates to confirm if they have / are willing to be cleared. Please also provide confirmation of current or previous SC clearance.
