
Customer Experience & Product Expert - 12 Month Fixed Term

- Resolving technical and product queries from customers and service partners
- Supporting the global sales team with product and technical questions
- Investigating issues alongside the R&D team
- Creating and maintaining user-friendly support materials (SOPs, videos, guides)
- Delivering product training for internal teams and external partners
- Providing feedback to improve communications and customer support tools
- Identifying FAQs and proactively suggesting improvements
- Collaborating with the wider customer experience team on servicing and order management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex issues
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Confident IT user (Office 365; CRM experience an advantage)
- Background in chemistry/chemical manufacturing (desirable)
- Technical understanding of products and applications
- Naturally curious and solutions-focused
