
Sales Support Administrator

- Responding to customer enquiries
- Qualify requirements with the manager and customer, then liaise with engineering when necessary
- Provide support in terms of customer requirements, product knowledge and administration duties
- Ensure sales orders are added to the system accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure despatch paperwork is prepared timely and available for the operatives
- Despatch and invoice goods, then forward to the customer
- Facilitate payments and invoice or provide receipts
- Source quotes for transportation and deliveries, then coordinate and book as required
- Compile manuals, certificates and serial plates ready for despatch, then update records
- Identify, communicate and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, then measure their effectiveness
- Assisting with any queries
- 2 years relevant sales support experience
- Proficient in IT / Microsoft Word
- Be aware of sales order processing application software
