- Contact dealers to confirm car availability.
- Create and issue proforma invoices for customer payments.
- Record and receipt customer payments accurately.
- Carry out pre-purchase checks on vehicles.
- Add new deals to the sales tracker.
- Create deal files in SharePoint, saving all relevant details and paperwork.
- Share photos, invoices, and paperwork with customers.
- Liaise with supplying dealers to request documentation and check terms & conditions.
- Set up payments for management authorisation ahead of collection.
- Inspect vehicles on arrival at the office.
- Manage inbound post and handle outbound DHL correspondence.
- Keep internal systems updated to accurately reflect sales.
- Minimum Maths & English GCSE at grade C/4 or above.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong presentation skills and a confident communicator.
- UK driving licence and own transport.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in a sales support environment.
- Understanding of what's required to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
