Hours: 42.5 Hours per weekRole responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Corporate Administration team
- Support the continued growth of the Department by helping the team adapt to increasing volumes and new opportunities.
- Oversee the processing of new vehicle purchases and customer invoices, quotations and leasing
- Oversee the preparation of all documentation and the onward delivery of sold vehicles
- Liaise with customers, leasing companies and internal departments to resolve queries promptly
- Monitor team performance, ensuring that deadlines, compliance requirements and quality benchmarks are met
- Contribute to improving processes and system
- Offer hands on assistance with complex or time-sensitive tasks
- Previous experience in an admin role, ideally within the motor trade/fleet sector
- Experience in leading and supporting a team
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong IT skills
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A full UK driving licence
