They're seeking a confident and organised Bookings & Location Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting them across their existing client base and projects.The role involves:Being the first point of contact for client queriesManaging bookings and coordinating logisticsSupporting internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintaining accurate records and client communicationIdeal candidate:Strong communicator with a client-focused approachHighly organised and able to multitaskExperience in admin or customer-facing roles preferred * Prior experience working within a rental company or busy television/broadcast/media environment.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
