  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a defined patient list
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including ACPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Care Coordinators, a Physician Associate, and a GP Assistant
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to the development of the practice
  • Use EMIS Web, Docman, and AccuRx for efficient digital workflow
  • Engage in continuous professional development and explore clinical interests
