Salary: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only – Temp to Perm OpportunityAbout the Role:A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Key Stage 1 pupil with speech and language needs. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, with the potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent position.You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo, and external specialists to deliver tailored support, helping the child make consistent progress both academically and socially.Key Responsibilities:Provide targeted, 1:1 support for a pupil with identified speech and language difficultiesDeliver structured interventions based on speech and language therapy guidanceMonitor the pupil’s progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving needsAssist in implementing and reviewing EHCP targets in collaboration with the class teacher and SENDCoSupport the pupil during lessons and at unstructured times such as playtime or lunchFoster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentAbout the School:This vibrant and forward-thinking Milton Keynes primary school places strong emphasis on inclusion and individual support.
