- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
- Support recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with current employment legislation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and HR processes.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
