HR Advisor – Oldham | Full-Time, PermanentMorson is proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Oldham in their search for a dedicated HR Advisor to join their welcoming and supportive HR team.This is a full-time, permanent position based at the organisation’s head office, offering a great opportunity to be part of a progressive business that values professional development and team collaboration. You’ll be joining an HR function led by an inspiring and passionate leader who is committed to supporting the team and offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert HR advice and support to managers on a range of topics, including disciplinary, capability, and absence managementDevelop and maintain HR policies to ensure alignment with current employment legislationAdvise staff and line managers on HR best practices and employment lawManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesDeliver day-to-day operational and administrative HR supportMaintain and analyse absence data to support payroll and reportingUtilise the ADP HR system for data input and reportingContribute to HR projects as requiredWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory roleCIPD qualified or working towards (equivalent experience will also be considered)Confident in using HR systems and reporting toolsSolid knowledge of employment legislation and employee relationsStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levelsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, accurate workDiscreet and professional in handling confidential information
