- Develop & deliver a long-term supporter acquisition strategy which aligns with the wider Fundraising & Communications strategy to create growth
- Leading acquisition budgeting and forecasting by working with internal and external stakeholders to determine opportunities for investment and expected returns
- Projecting long-term ROIs and planning and modelling supporter journeys
- Establishing KPIs, monitoring, analysing and reporting them across campaigns
- Collaborating on integrated campaign planning to maximise the value of owned, earned and paid media together for fundraising outcomes
- Tendering for key supplier partners and negotiating cost-effective contracts
- Overseeing creative design and production for all supporter acquisition activity
- Liaise with the Content Producer to ensure we have strong content for acquisition
- Monitoring acquisition activity on a regular basis and working with partners and internal colleagues to optimise activity to secure the best possible returns
- Overseeing a portfolio of supplier partners and ensuring their excellent management
- Training fundraising staff as necessary to a high standard
- Work with the Data & Insight Manager to obtain relevant insight and data selections
- Provide a regular internal overview on performance to internal stakeholders
- Protect and develop the brand, ensuring usage is within guidelines
- Setting up campaigns and project managing their effective commencement
- Experience of managing large customer or supporter recruitment budgets
- A thorough understanding of the principles of direct and digital marketing, customer or supporter development and supporter or customer care
- Experience in developing and overseeing acquisition campaigns for a diverse range of audiences
- Experience of reviewing, developing and delivering integrated strategic supporter journeys, with experience of overseeing the development of direct response creative, copy and design
- Key stakeholder engagement skills
- End-to-end project management experience
