That's where this role comes in.As part of the EMEA Delivery Commercial Training & Enablement team, you'll help equip our Restaurant and Retail sales and account managers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to perform - and keep evolving. You'll work across countries, functions, and levels partnering with sales leaders, product teams, operations, HR, and our global enablement colleagues to launch programs that actually move the needle.This is a role for someone who can switch gears easily - from defining strategy to delivering hands-on training, and who thrives in ambiguity, complexity, and change. If you're energized by enabling teams at scale, building smart systems, and helping people grow- this is where you'll make an impact.What you'll doOwn and implement training programs across EMEA (from new hire onboarding to sales skills, systems training, and go-to-market readiness)Partner closely with Sales, Ops, HR, Product, and Enablement to assess learning needs and align on what matters mostDesign and deliver live and on-demand trainings that support product launches, sales process changes, and productivity tool adoptionCreate and manage learning content, independently and with the central instructional design teamBe a connector between regional sales, commercial ops, marketing, and product, ensuring teams always have the right, most up-to-date informationPrioritize learner experience: make sure everything you deliver is practical, focused, and respectful of people's timeTrack program impact and performance and iterate quickly when something's not landingField ad hoc enablement requests from commercial teams and balance long-term planning with fast-turnaround supportBuild a strong internal network to surface and scale best practices across teams and countriesBasic qualifications3+ years in sales, account management, or a related commercial role3+ years in training, enablement, or learning & developmentClear and concise communicator who can simplify complex ideasStrong project management skills with an ability to balance detail with speed and executionPreferred qualificationsExperience coaching or developing othersComfortable building content for both live and self-paced formatsQuick learner with a bias toward action, especially in fast-moving, global environmentsAble to toggle between strategy and executionFamiliarity with enablement tools (e.g., LMS, eLearning platforms, Salesforce, Google Suite, conversation insights and revenue enablement tools)Experience using data to inform and improve training programsFluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and/or GermanOpen to travel (up to 30% of the time)Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
