- Manage vendor relationships by negotiating favourable terms, leading business reviews and developing joint marketing plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate across departments to align sales, marketing and purchasing strategies ensuring optimal stock levels and sales performance.
- Develop strategic business plans with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Lead and support the team through performance management, SMART objectives and tailored development plans.
- Build senior level partnerships within vendor organisations to maximise Exertis' value and influence.

- Experience of working in a Product Management or sales role.
- Strong communication, relationship management skills and commercial acumen.
