- Oversee UK and ROI credit control operations, ensuring consistency across multiple entities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers to support timely collections
- Manage and monitor debtor ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Evaluate and process new credit applications in line with company policy and risk appetite
- Prepare comprehensive month-end reports and customer account statements for management review
- 2-3 years' experience in credit control
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience managing credit across multiple jurisdictions/entities
- Strong communication skills
