Technical Configuration Analyst

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze configuration requirements.
• Configuring and customizing software solutions to align with client specifications and business processes.
• Utilizing SQL and database management skills to query, analyze, and manipulate data for system configurations and testing.
• Conducting system testing to ensure configurations meet requirements and maintain high quality standards.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Documenting configuration changes, workflows, and processes to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
• Assisting in the migration of customer data during system onboarding or upgrades.
• Staying informed of industry trends, particularly in the UK lending market, to offer insights and improvements to the system configuration process.

• Strong IT literacy with experience in configuring software systems.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, data analysis, and database management.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the UK lending market or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of financial systems and workflows, particularly loan origination or loan management
• platforms.
• Familiarity with integration processes using APIs.
