
1st Line Technical Analyst

- The successful candidate will join a technical IT team and assist customers with all IT support related issues
- Experience of providing IT support in an enterprise environment
- Provide 1st line technical support for hardware, software and ERP issues
- Ensure all calls are logged on the helpdesk ticketing system and progress notes are added to all calls
- Manage the timely resolution of open calls and call actions across all internal customers
- Proactively manage problem calls through to completion in a timely basis
- Ensure agreed IT resolution Service Levels are met
- Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure platforms, Microsoft packages
- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the ability and desire to go ‘above and beyond’ for our business
- A valid UK driving license as occasional travel to remote branches throughout the UK and Ireland
