- Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple venues and event sites
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of operational and on-site leaders
- Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Event Design teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Implement and monitor operational processes to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Lead logistics, staffing, compliance, health & safety, and supplier relationships
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of event delivery
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on profitability and growth
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within high-end events catering or hospitality
- Experience managing multiple sites, venues, or large-scale event operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
