Senior Operations ManagerIconic London events company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team.My client has been delivering unforgettable food experiences to clients across London for more than 30 years, to music venues, museums, client offices, private residences and pop-up venues.The Senior Operations Manager will work with the operations team and report to the Operations Director.Main responsibilities-
Successful event planning and delivery across their venues, along with providing seamless operational delivery of events including 3-course dinners, canapés and bowl food receptions, conferences, and food station events.
Managing clients' event budgets
Support the sales team with costings
Liaise with the head chef on logistical matters for events
Manage and coordinate site logistics
Ideal candidate -
Proven track record of 3-4 years within catering /hospitality/venues
Have experience in running large complex events within London
Ability to manage budgets
Confident with supplier negotiation
