- Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Part Time - Hours to be discussed
- Have previous experience of Sales Progression within an Estate Agency or have worked in Residential Conveyancing
- Possess a confident telephone manner
- Be highly organised, able to work on multiple files at any one time
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Be IT literate and have experience of using a CRM
- Working within this highly regarded Estate Agency, progressing multiple sales through to completion
- Liaising with all parties concerned during the sales process, including Solicitors, Surveyors, Purchasers, Vendors and other Agents
- Work within time deadlines set to ensure timely completions
- Record all interactions on the in-house CRM
- Regularly report to the Director on progress and provide date forecasts for upcoming completions
