- Support our brands with consumer-led marketing briefs, product launches, budget management and media mix decision making.
- Collaborate with national account teams to drive sales with retailers (e.g. Asda, Tesco, Morrisons) and foodservice partners (e.g. McDonald's, Costa)
- Analyse performance data and shopper insights to inform category strategies and demand-planning recommendations
- Work alongside agencies, finance, sales and supply-chain colleagues to execute go-to-market plans
- Develop and present commercial recommendations that balance consumer appeal with profitable growth
- The ideal candidate is educated to degree level within the last 3 years, holding at least a 2:1 classification in a sales, business or marketing discipline.
- You will possess strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills, demonstrating excellent proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable managing budgets and interpreting data, you will be adept at working with cross-functional teams.
- On a personal level, you will be a curious problem-solver who asks insightful questions and translates findings into actionable strategies.
- You will be a collaborative influencer, skilled at building relationships and communicating confidently at all levels, and an agile multitasker who plans ahead but can quickly adapt to shifting trends or priorities.
- The team works closely together and offers a steep learning curve, with colleagues providing ongoing encouragement, support, and challenge on a daily basis.

- If successful at application stage, video interviews will be between the 6th and 27th of October
- Our in-person assessment Centre will be on the 9th of December 2025
- Decision will be made within 2 working days of the assessment
