This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident graduate who can support children with additional needs.The Role – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs, including anxiety, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Working as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will run 1:1 sessions, deliver small group work, and promote emotional regulation. You will also act as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor in class, supporting learning and behaviour management.What’s on Offer:

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
  • Psychology or related degree (2:1 or higher)
  • Confident personality with resilience to thrive as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or youth work is valuable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
