As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will support students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs, including anxiety, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Working as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will run 1:1 sessions, deliver small group work, and promote emotional regulation. You will also act as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor in class, supporting learning and behaviour management.What’s on Offer:

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or youth work is valuable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
