- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new clients in manufacturing and operations SaaS sectors
- Develop strong relationships with operational leaders, plant managers, and technical decision-makers
- Identify client pain points related to asset performance, maintenance, and compliance, then propose tailored software solutions
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets
- 5+ years’ B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on manufacturing operations software
- Proven success selling complex asset management, manufacturing execution, or operations SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Skilled in consultative selling and managing multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organisational levels
- Self-driven with a hunter mentality and disciplined pipeline management
- UK-based with flexibility to travel as required
