  • Shape the Big Picture - Design and deliver a supply chain optimisation roadmap that boosts cost efficiency, speed, and quality across our retail and online operations.
  • Collaborate Across the Business - Partner with Finance, Logistics, IT, Retail, and more to spot opportunities and make them happen.
  • Drive Innovation - Lead the adoption of automation, cutting edge tools, and industry leading best practices.
  • Monitor & Improve - Define key KPIs, analyse performance, and continuously push for improvement.
  • Future-Proof Our Growth - Ensure our network is resilient, scalable, and ready for long term success.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain optimisation or network design, ideally in retail.
  • Strong operational experience in omnichannel environments.
  • Deep understanding of planning, inventory, and execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
  • P&L management experience.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SAP APO/IBP, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Guru or similar planning software.
