Job Title: Senior Childcare Practitioner / Senior Residential Support WorkerWhere you will be based: Long Bennington, NewarkThe Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning DifficultiesThe Company:

  • Growth Plans: Currently expanding their services to support more children and young people across The East Midlands and Northamptonshire

What does Progression look like: Opportunities for career advancement within the company, including roles such as Deputy Manager and Registered Manager and Regional ManagersWorking Week and Pay:
  • Hours: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off.
  • Sleeps: Included in the condensed shift pattern
  • Salary: Up to £37,600 per annum inclusive of sleeps

  • Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
  • Experience: Ideally experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
  • Driving Licence: Required
  • Fluent in English: Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
  • Min Age: 22/23
