Salary: £29,203.20 - £30,420.00 + additional £4,000-£8,000 per year for sleep-insHours: Full-time, 39 hours per weekDriving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is requiredThe Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking a full-time Senior Support Worker to join our amazing, supportive team in Nottingham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives.Keys Group provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers. You will be led and supported by a registered manager, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards and that each child has the opportunity to thriveRequirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Full UK Driving Licence
