You will be involved in the credit analysis, credit support, security work and ongoing credit administration. As well as some general administration for the portfolios of customers including the on-boarding of new to Society customers.The Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Deal with new prospect or customer enquiries in a proactive and customer led manner
Provide support on credit associated tasks in relation to commercial customers including a level of financial analysis
Provide support to the Commercial Relationship Managers and Business Relationship Managers in a variety of ways including the set up and preparation and follow-up for customer meetings, prospect meetings and professional/broker meetings
Ensure processes are followed with customers who are in financial difficulty to protect the customer and society
Understand and be aware of the risk and control environment and adhere to processes and procedures in order to minimise risks
Work in a collaborative manner alongside colleagues within Commercial and the wider Society
Support the achievement of the customer retention plan, customer feedback objectives and gross lending plan
About YouSkills & Experience
Likely to have experience of retail, business, or commercial banking
Good experience of quality service provision for retail, business, or commercial customers
Evidence of performance delivery in a safe and sustainable manner
Knowledge of risk and regulatory controls, processes and procedures required in management of business or commercial customers is ideal, but not essential
Experience of working collaboratively across teams internally and externally
Strong desire to develop and grow a career in commercial banking
Ability to meet SLAs
