Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmNXT Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected property firm that is growing their team here in Cumbria. This role is a great fit for an experienced surveyor who's confident with valuations and ready to hit the ground running.Responsibilities:
- Delivering accurate and professional RICS-compliant valuations across a wide range of commercial property types
- Supporting clients, including lenders, investors, occupiers, and public sector bodies
- Handling valuations for secured lending, asset management, financial reporting, acquisition, and disposal
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity across the region
- Staying on top of local markets trends and contributing to team insight
- Experienced MRICS and Qualified Valuer to join General Practice
- Strong technical skills in commercial valuation, with a confident grasp of Red Book standards
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and deliver reports independently
- Someone comfortable engaging with clients and growing relationships
- Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused
