Knight Frank is looking for an Early Careers Development Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our Early Careers programmes.This role sits within the Programme Development & Talent Management stream, providing vital coordination and support to ensure our people have an exceptional on-programme experience and are set up for long-term success at Knight Frank.Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for graduates, providing guidance and day-to-day support.
  • Coordinate the graduate programme lifecycle, including rotations and permanent placements.
  • Track and manage rotation schedules, ensuring accurate records and communication.
  • Support induction and onboarding to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for new graduates.
  • Help organise and deliver training sessions with internal L&D teams and external providers.
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and reporting insights.
  • Maintain accurate programme data, including talent mapping, placements, and performance outcomes.
  • Administer mock assessments for graduates preparing for their APC.
  • Deliver engagement initiatives such as social activities, networking events, and skills workshops.
  • Support graduate development activities and structured learning opportunities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders during the permanent placement process, tracking outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with Partners, Supervisors, APC Counsellors, and HR colleagues.
  • Provide support to the Early Careers Development Advisor in programme delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Act as first contact for graduate queries, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to wider Early Careers/Recruitment team projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Experience Required:
  • Experience in Early Careers, recruitment, HR or people development.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience in coordinating multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or fast-paced environment (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive, collaborative and can-do attitude.
