- Maximise New Business through communicating appetite to brokers, cross and up selling on submissions or queries received from key broker panel.
- Work directly with Broker Relationship Managers to look after the strategic broker as well as those where agreements are not in place (Miller, McGill), including the creation and execution of Key Broker Sales Plans
- Build strong relationships with key brokers, acting as focal point for all queries and exist as a key contact on Key Broker Relationship Plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across all lines.
- Attend & Represent distribution in internal and external meetings.
- Pipeline management aligned to budget and vs shadow budget.
- Act as champion for each of the broker systems for the UK both internally and externally.
- Actively build on oneAIG momentum, embedding the Sales plan and Product interaction. Co-ordination of multiline enquiries.
- Monitor & Implement Sales Campaigns & strategies – FTSE 100/250, Win Backs, Talbot etc.
- Salesforce proficient
- Basic insurance industry knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Strong negotiating and communication skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and articulate a plan.
