The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roeWe are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Product Development Coordinator for SkincareThis role will be focused on the coordination of the skincare development stages of projects, supporting the NPD team and Charlotte Tilbury artists. Product research, sample organisation, and product testing coordination will play a big part of the day-to day duties, as well as general project management admin such as reviewing new submissions from supplier across skincare projects. This role will also have the opportunity to support in strategic reformulations and regional specific product developments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product and the world of skincare. They must have previous experience within the beauty industry in product development.As a New Product Development Coordinator you will
  • Support on skincare development with NPD team (including reforms + EPD where applicable) & Global Pro artists
  • Coordinate Global Pro artist project tasks for Skincare & manage feedback
  • Coordination and tracking of sample from suppliers & internal sample management & distribution.
  • Coordination of internal product testing with wider teams
  • Support on coordination and prep of materials and samples for weekly Charlotte x NPD meetings
  • Lead on coordination of project trackers & reviewing project timelines
  • Support on communication & briefing of projects directly to suppliers
  • Opportunity to work on strategic product innovation with APAC and China regions
  • Maintain the filing of active project samples along with the archiving of complete projects
  • Collate global industry product research and trends - support in the visualisation for NPD meetings.

  • Strong research skills
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to the brand – a positive member of Team Tilbury
  • Have good project management CPA knowledge
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Enjoy working on multiple projects
  • Have a passion for and strong knowledge of the beauty industry – brands, product, bloggers and influencers
  • Have a keen interest in all thing’s skincare
  • Skilled using Microsoft programmes – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Previous experience within the beauty industry, ideally within skincare development
