It is an exciting time to join us on our journey as we grow and expand!Our mission: To deliver technology like no other!About the roleWe are looking for a Service Delivery Engineer with strong communication and technical skills to join our Build team.As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring Aspire’s product portfolio is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. You will be responsible for handling customer service requests, managing service tickets, and provisioning hardware and software across Aspire’s product portfolio, including connectivity, voice, hosting, and cloud services.You will work closely with the wider delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time, helping to maintain service excellence and adherence to SLAs. While primarily focused on delivery and execution, you may also support project implementation and assist in maintaining smooth transitions between sales and service.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build their technical expertise within a growing IT and Cyber Security provider. Handling of tickets for inbound requests from customers for new IT solutions.
Providing technical support to the Sales team to allow them to build accurate quotes for customers.
Understanding customer requirements and their desired outcomes and suggesting technology options to deliver against these requirements.
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s experience and relationship with Aspire.
Working across various internal and external teams to build a solution that meets the needs of the customer.

Excellent communication skills.
