Together, we will create a safer, more resilient future for everyone.What you'll doAs a Solution Delivery Engineer, you will be part of our technical project delivery team leading the delivery of projects across our technology suite. Your role will include designing, deploying and optimising environments across public cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure and the M365 suite.This may include using technologies such as:
  • Public Cloud - Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Networking - Aruba, Cisco, Sophos
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Networking – Switches, Firewalls, Aruba, Cisco, Sophos
We’re looking for someone who is customer focussed with strong technical expertise and certification, excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous learning and commitment to driving standardisation and best practice.This role lends itself to progression and development opportunities within the organisation.We're looking for someone with circa 3 - 5 years' experience in the following:
  • Deploying and configuring public cloud infrastructure and networking solutions
  • Serving as technical lead on medium to large projects and successfully managing stakeholder expectations
  • Working with project teams to plan seamless customer migrations, assess risk and create standards and runbooks
  • Documenting customer solutions, configurations, and changes to ensure a smooth handover to our support teams.
  • Contributing to solution architecture process by gathering information and designing components of networks and Infrastructures
  • Providing support and guidance for engineers within the delivery and support teams
  • Ensuring solutions are delivered in line with security best practices include CE and ISO frameworks
  • Visiting customer sites to support project delivery when required
