Our client is seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their leading property consultancy in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied portfolio across the commercial and public sectors, delivering professional advice and managing projects for a diverse client base.The role will involve carrying out building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, party wall matters and other core professional services, as well as managing refurbishment and fit-out schemes from inception through to completion. You will work closely with senior colleagues on high-profile instructions, while also developing and maintaining strong client relationships.We are keen to hear from candidates who are already MRICS chartered, although this is not essential, and structured APC support is available. Experience within commercial or public sector surveying would be advantageous.
