- Provide professional building surveying services across residential and commercial properties
- Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and contract administration
- Conduct building condition surveys, defect analysis, and reports
- Advise on planned maintenance programmes and statutory compliance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee budgets, timescales, and quality of works
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with proven experience
- Strong project management skills across residential and commercial sectors
- Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to lead projects independently and within a team
- Good knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and health & safety
- Proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
- Competitive salary package (£55k-£65k depending on experience)
