You will serve as the point of contact for our customers, managing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding their expectations.Candidate requirements:
- Understanding of FCA regulations, and experienced in escalating complaints, investigations and written responsesResponsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively.

35 hour week & 1pm finish on Fridays!
The role is inside IR35 - the hourly rate is £17.12ph which is equivalent to annual salary of £31,158.
