Job Type: PermanentWe are working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Cookham, who are looking to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support their busy Head Office team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong finance or administrative background who is looking to join a friendly, professional, and supportive working environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a shared finance and enquiries inbox, including handling payment and billing queries
- Entering and updating customer data, session changes, and invoices in systems such as QuickBooks
- Monitoring bank accounts daily, allocating incoming payments, and processing refunds
- Managing deposits, account setup, fee changes, and debt collection where required
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders via phone and email
- Processing staff expenses, credit card journals, petty cash, and supplier invoices
- Maintaining accurate digital records and filing financial documentation
- Supporting colleagues and managers with system and account queries
- Occasional travel to local sites and attendance at meetings or training sessions
- Previous experience in a finance or administration role
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Confident handling high volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
