This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced office environment, with exposure to recruitment, marketing, IT coordination, and more.🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep the office running smoothly and stocked with essentials
- Support consultants with admin tasks and CV formatting
- Write and post job adverts across platforms
- Create engaging social media content
- Manage supplies, food orders, and stationery
- Organise team socials, holidays, and events
- Welcome visitors, answer calls, and prep meeting spaces
- Coordinate office maintenance and vendor appointments
- Schedule IT maintenance and liaise with external vendors
- Order IT equipment and onboard new starters
- Cover basic finance admin when the Finance Manager is away
- Maintain our LinkedIn page and ensure the website is current
- Handle job board renewals and marketing revenue tracking in Excel
- Be the go-to person for staff queries and monitor the company’s email inbox
- General ad hoc admin duties
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly approach
- Intermediate IT skills (Excel, Outlook, social media platforms)
