- Conduct lead generation, face-to-face meetings, negotiations, and site inspections, and attend trade shows and client events.
- Track and analyze corporate account performance monthly to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
- Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs to maximize hotel inclusion and analyze production reports to optimize business channels.
- Drive meeting and conference bookings and report account performance to the General Manager and Central Office.
- Collaborate on pricing strategies and forecasts with the General Manager and Revenue Manager.
- Oversee the annual marketing budget and implement quarterly activity plans aligned with business needs.
- Create and execute sales and marketing campaigns across media platforms, assessing ROI.
- Develop promotional materials and manage online marketing efforts to drive direct sales via the hotel website.
- Attended trade promotions and managed sales correspondence and contracts using the CRM system.
- Conduct competitor analysis to monitor market trends and maintain the hotel's positive image.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
- A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
- Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
- Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
