- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key corporate and group accounts across the cluster, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and convert revenue opportunities within existing accounts by cross-selling multiple properties, upselling services, and increasing share of wallet.
- Relationship Building: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and understanding their business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Work closely with the Director of Sales to deliver the cluster sales strategy. Regularly analyse account performance, produce forecasts, and contribute to revenue planning.
- Collaboration: Liaise with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to maintain brand standards across all guest experiences.
- Representation: Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the hotel brands and build awareness and engagement.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with both Accor and IHG brand standards.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or account management, preferably within a brand environment.
- Strong understanding of the corporate and group travel market.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and driving incremental revenue.
- Familiarity with IHG and Accor systems (e.g., Opera, IHG Concerto, Accor Sales Tools) is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
