- Projects-Lead individual POS projects for Cereal and Snacks categories from brief through to in-market delivery, ensuring all specifications are met and orders are consolidated to deliver the best and most cost-effective solution
- Order Cycles-Manage the European POS menus, ensuring optimum POS stock availability and re-order quantities are at the most effective level and delivered on time.
- Collaborate- Act as a central point of contact for all the Clusters on POS requirements, providing full visibility on all projects and ensuring delivery of POS is fully aligned with masterplan requirements
- Ownership-Manage the POS budget for all individual POS projects, ensuring all Purchase orders are raised on time and all financial reporting and tracking is managed effectively
- Data Review- Track POS data and make recommendations on how to optimise the business potential and investment choices, guiding the Commercial Strategy team on new opportunities
- Develop- Design and approve via Kellogg Quality a menu list of premiums for use by the Cluster Sales and Activation teams, and then work with suppliers to order and manage delivery, storage, and dispatch
- Proven project management and POS design experience
- Multi-national exposure and stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills (financial training a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
