- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional literacy, resilience, and communication
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, families, and clinical leads to create personalised learning and support plans
- Applying evidence-based techniques to help pupils manage trauma, anxiety, and behaviour in a safe and structured setting
- Contributing to a therapeutic, inclusive environment where students feel heard and supported
- Aspire to become an Assistant Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional
- Are passionate about mental health, child development, and trauma-informed education

- Can commute reliably to Ware and commit full-time during term time
