- Provide a full and accurate pension administration services to clients in a timely manner
- Represent the customer or stakeholder whilst focusing on delivering a quality service at all times
- Perform administration including processing and checking all member events, leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths, divorces, quotes and general queries
- Experience with a pensions administration role or similar
- You will be competent in being able to perform manual benefit calculations as well as have the ability to deal with complaints as well as various other business demands
- You should hold effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
